Tickets for Steaming weekends can be found under the tab 'Steam Up'
Please be aware our car park is closed for home match fixtures for Brentford FC. Please note there may be other dates when our car park will be unavailable. Details on how to visit via public transport is available on our website.
Tickets to the London Museum of Water & Steam are non-refundable. Email museum@waterandsteam.org.uk if you wish to exchange your ticket for another entry date, this must be done before the date of your ticket. We will be unable to exchange tickets after the date of entry on original admission booking.
Carer tickets are available to book at the museum front desk, they are intended for those who care for persons with disabilities, including people with hidden disabilities.
Please bring proof of your disability as you may be asked to show this. Forms of proof include blue badges, DWP or DLA letter, Disabled Identification Card (DID), Disabled Bus Pass or a medical letter. This can be either printed or on an electronic device.
